Most of the prospected home buyers in Delhi are waiting for DDA Draw Date. As per the last notification, the DDA Result 2017 Date was supposed to be at the end of October and in addition to this, DDA also increased the number of flats available for sale.
During the sale of the brochure, it was informed that 8 banks would be collecting the forms for the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 and a lot of home buyers applied for the scheme as it is a golden chance to get the house at an affordable rate.
The recent announcement can come as a setback to the home buyers because DDA Scheme 2017 Results have been delayed to the first week of November. This had been usual stuff with DDA but this time the buyers were expecting that DDA Housing scheme 2017 result date would not be postponed but DDA couldn’t meet the expectations of the people.
As per the statement issued by one of the top officials from Delhi Development Authority, it is notified that the delay arose because the department is not able to collate the data of the applicants who applied for the scheme. As per the sources, one of the banks has not shared the complete data with the DDA and in such a case, it would be unfair on DDA’s part to hold the lucky draw.
Now, the results of the DDA Draw Date have been pushed back to the first week of November and rest everything is constant. The number of flats available for sale, the procedure of the draw and the price of the flats would not change at all.
