Pravin Tambe is an Indian Cricket player who will play for the Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was born on 8th October 1971 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Tambe is a very good player and he is a right arm leg break bowler. Pravin got into a controversy in August 2015, when he played for the Private T-20 cricket in the United States.
He was the member of the team that included Mohammad Ashraful, who is serving a five-year ban for having connections during 2013, Bangladesh Premier League. Though Pravin had nothing to do with it, but he came in news.
Career
Pravin Tambe made his debut in the domestic cricket and played for the Mumbai Cricket Tea squad in the 2013-14 Ranji Trophy. He then made his debut in the next round vs Orissa Cricket Team. He has also played for the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Pravin who has never played International Cricket got selected in the IPL. Rahul Dravid who was his mentor was impressed, and happy and said that it is surprising for someone who has never played First Class Cricket to get selected in an IPL match. Pravin played for the Rajasthan Royals where he took the hat trick against KKR and won the man of the match award. Pravin will now play for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2017.
