Educational Qualifications

Candidates want to apply for the SSC CHSL should have completed the 12th standard examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or equivalent with a minimum passing aggregate marks.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidates applying for the job should be in between 18 years as minimum and 27 years as the maximum age as on 01/08/2016.

Salary Structure

  • Data Entry Operator: Pay Band-1 (INR 5200-20200) Grade Pay INR 2400 (Pre-revised)
  • Data Entry Operator: Pay Band-1 (INR 5200-20200) Grade Pay INR 1900 (Pre-revised)
  • Lower Division Clerk: Pay Band-1 (INR 5200-20200) Grade Pay INR 1900 (pre-revised)

Application Fees

  • Candidates with General and OBC Categories need to pay INR 100 as the Exam Fees.
  • Candidates with SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen categories need not pay any exam fee for the recruitment.
  • The mode of payment of application fees is through online mode or with Challan to be submitted at any SBI branch.

Exam Process

There are two stages of exam needs to succeed to finally get a call for the personal round of interview.

Written Exam: The initial process of the exam is written exam consists of MCQ type questions, with duration of 2 hours.

Data Entry Speed Test: The speed test of the data entry will be the next stage, you need to qualify the round for the job call.
