Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is most trusted delhi government development authority which is the best option to invest your money, soon they are going to launch new flats housing scheme in January 2017.
Recently in a meeting the chairman of DDA Mr. Najeeb Jung has approved this new flats scheme. Below are the complete details of this scheme with number & category of flats, registration fee:
Location of Flats
Loknayakpuram, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Mukherjee Nagar , Sukhdev Vihar, , Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Dilshad Garden, Sarita Vihar, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Narela.
Applicant can choose maximum seven locations during the registration of scheme.
Category of Flats
There are four categories of flats: HIG, MIG, LIG (one room flat), Janta and EHS (expandable).
Number of Flats and its Expected cost
There are total 13,148 flats that offering in this scheme, from this number 11671 flats were surrendered by the allottees from 2014 housing scheme. Government has decided not to increase the price of 2014 scheme flats they will be offered on the price of that time.
HIG – 79 Flats – [Price 41.62 lakh to 1.4 crore]
MIG – 398 Flats [Price 30.23 lakh to 70.27 lakh]
LIG (One Room Flat) – 11,671 Flats [Price 14.95 lakh to 28.54 lakh]
Janta – 437 Flats [Price 6.68 lakh to 15.15 lakh]
EHS (Expandable) – 563 flats [Price 11.67 lakh to 77.57 lakh ]
Registration Process and Fees details
For Janta, LIG and EHS flats the registration fees would be 1 Lakh Rs.
For MIG and HIG Flats the registration fees would be 2 Lakh Rs.
Applicants can apply application via online and offline both ways are accepted.
Refund Process and Conditions
If an applicant wants to withdraw his/her application before the announcement of draw, full amount will be refunded without interest.
But after the allotment announced an applicant want to cancel his allotted flat, whole amount of registration fees money will be forfeited. This strict condition is imposed to attract only genuine buyers.
The unsuccessful applicant in the draw will get their money from empanelled banks.
Note: All these allotments are based on freehold.
